ABOUT MERLIN FABRICATIONS LTD
With over 35 years of experience in steel fabrication, Merlin Fabrications Limited offers a full range of high-quality steel fabrications. We are Accredited with and adhere to Execution Class 2, as well as holding Constructionline Gold/Deem to Satisfy and SMAS / SSIP and Builders Profile recognition. We cover a wide area, including Bournemouth, Southampton, Dorset, Hampshire and M3 Corridor and London
Our extensive steel fabrication services include structural steelwork, fire escapes, balustrades, balconies and staircases. We also stock all steel sections, which can be supplied self-colour, primed, galvanised or powder-coated. We even conduct site surveys and can provide structural calculations and drawings if required.
We pride ourselves on providing professional service and completing all work to meet your requirements. We have been involved in refurbishment work at the Houses Of Parliament, installing internal structural steel, such as staircases and architectural steelwork. We installed circa 160 tonnes of steelwork in the new Design Museum Kensington. Other recent projects have involved long-term work with the Main Contractor and Southampton City Council. We have worked on many school projects, all undertaken through various main contractor frameworks. We are pleased to look after many local independent builders and private customers too, who are an extremely valued and essential part of the business.
HEALTH & SAFETY
All our operatives are CSCS card holders.
These are supplemented with, amongst other things, SSSTS / IPAF / PASMA / CPCS Slinger / Banksman / Working and height. We supply full R.A.M.S. on jobs and ensure we always liaise with the Site Management team. We continue our Health and Safety training with our Employees at all times. We undertake regular toolbox talks with all our Employees. We operate a "NO WALK PAST" policy regarding health and safety.
